A lakeside town and country roads
Port Perry sits on the shore of Lake Scugog, with a Victorian-era downtown full of shops, cafés and galleries, and Canada's oldest standing grain elevator by the water. Around it, Scugog Township spreads out to Scugog Island and to hamlets like Blackstock, Greenbank, Nestleton and Seagrave.
Homes near the lake can get a lot of bright light, and country homes often have windows on every side. We'll look at how each room is used and suggest coverings that handle the light without giving up the view.
